Lunch Plans and Rates:
The rates vary depending on the season (low or high) at Hotel San Pedro de Majagua.  For more information or to check specific dates, please contact our day pass coordinator.

Available Lunch Plans:
PLAN “DIAMOND”
Includes: Seafood grill (fish fillet, shrimp, squid, octopus, prawns, mussels) + an ecological activity (canoe ride through the mangroves).
Excursion Duration: 60 minutes (shared transportation).

PLAN “GOLD”
Includes: Grilled lobster.
Option to substitute with seafood casserole or seafood rice.

PLAN “SILVER”
Includes: Whole fish (fried or grilled).
Option to substitute with fish fillet, grilled chicken breast, grilled beef, vegetable rice, or vegetable pasta.

PLAN “CHILDREN” (Ages 3 to 8)
Includes: Half portion of fish fillet, chicken, or grilled beef.

NOTE:
Once the waiter takes your order, any changes after preparation will incur an additional charge.

Included Values:
The above prices include port taxes (departure, park entry, and boat insurance) of COP $29,500 per person (2024 rates).

Optional for All Plans:
Boat transfer (non-exclusive) to the Aquarium, Isla San Martín de Pajarales:
Complimentary on opening days and during hours defined by the hotel (daily departure at 11:30 a.m. and return at 1:30 p.m.).
Aquarium entrance fee: Approximately COP $40,000 for adults and COP $35,000 for children (subject to changes in 2024).

Additional Notes:
Lobster Availability (Gold Plan):
The hotel reserves the right to close lobster sales, as it depends on the fishing season. This will be informed at the time of booking or no later than the day before service. Other plan options will be available year-round.

Not Included in Day Pass Plans:
Additional drinks or consumption, ground transportation to the dock, nautical or ecological activities, aquarium entrance, exclusive boat services, or transportation outside the schedules established by the hotel.

Schedules and Departure Procedures:
Departure Dock:
"La Bodeguita" Dock, access gate #3.

Departure Time (Cartagena – Majagua):
08:30 a.m. (only one daily departure). Passengers must arrive at the dock by 08:00 a.m.

Exclusive Rental Option:
For alternative schedules, it is necessary to rent a private boat at an additional cost, not included in the day pass. Various rental options are available.

Duration of Maritime Journey:
Approximately 1 hour from La Bodeguita Dock.

Return:
Return Time from the Island (Majagua – Cartagena):
Between 2:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m., depending on sea conditions as indicated by the Harbor Master (one daily departure).

Cancellation or Modification Policies:
Cancellations or date changes:
Accepted only in writing via email at ventas@hotelmajagua.com, with a minimum of two (2) days prior to the confirmed date of the day pass activity.

Reservations made less than 2 days in advance:
Have a 24-hour period after the reservation to modify or cancel. Beyond this time, the hotel will charge 100% of the deposit or advance received.

No-Show Penalty:
If the reservation does not arrive on the scheduled day, 100% of the deposit or advance payment will be charged.

Restrictions:
Pregnant women, intoxicated persons, and pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the boat.
Children's Policy:
Supervision:
Children must be accompanied by their parents or a responsible adult.

Children under 2 years old:
Travel free on the boat and must sit on an adult's lap.

Additional Expenses:
Pay for meals based on consumption, extras, departure taxes, park fees, boat insurance, and additional expenses (approximately COP $33,000 per child in 2024).

Children over 9 years old:
Considered adults.

Boat Transportation:
Transportation to Hotel San Pedro de Majagua is provided by the hotel in speedboats with outboard motors, with a capacity for 41 to 49 people.

For Your Health:
Avoid consuming seafood from sources outside the hotel or from locals, as the island lacks a hospital for medical emergencies. In case of food poisoning or allergies, the response time will depend on coast guard assistance.
Personal Belongings:
They are the responsibility of the owner, so we kindly request that you entrust your valuable items to the assistant pilot for safekeeping.

Life Jacket:
It is mandatory to wear your life jacket properly throughout the entire trip.

Dives: Conducted by boat, with over 25 dive sites including walls, shallows, and shipwrecks with coral- and sponge-covered seabeds.
Visibility: Ranges from 0 to 30 meters.
Water Temperature: Average of 28º C.
Species:
A wide variety of fish such as parrotfish, angelfish, butterflyfish, snapper, barracuda, mackerel, grouper, damselfish, surgeonfish, triggerfish, among others. Also, turtles, crabs, lobsters, and octopuses.
Snorkeling:
Enjoy a guided tour or rent equipment to explore the spectacular coral reef on your own.
